In the summer of 2011 a college student came to our door selling reference books. After a lengthy presentation I was kind enough to purchase a set of the books which I felt would be beneficial to my children. Eight months later a strange charge on my credit card was noticed by my husband who does the finances. We stopped payment as we did not recognize the SWADVANTAGE site. We thought it was handled. Recently we noticed the same charge in my checking account for @19.95. Furious, I contacted the number listed on the web and a spokesperson stated that I had signed an "agreement" in the multitude of documents given me during the "book" transactions three years ago! The hidden fees/charges is deceitful. How they got the payment changed from credit card (which we cancelled) to checking account is curious and adds to the fraudulence of this company. Beware to the buyer! If a sweet young college student comes to your door from SWADVANTAGE, slam it shut!
