I have had this happen at least 6 or 7 times and it costs me whatever I have already put into the game to that point. In the new version with Otus after getting moonstruck when the screen clears again and supposedly Otus is back but he is invisible and the types of candy that you have to balance are also not on the screen so you have no idea what to take out. Often when this happens the game also freezes up shortly thereafter. I also get extremely frustrated when I take out one match when he is "evenly balanced" and he falls off - COME ON that is ridiculous!! I swore I would never play this game again because it is such a rip off and here I am suckered into again and experiencing the same frustrations.
