John Matthew Shearer, social worker, removed my husband from his hospital bed, no court order, and put him in a lock up facility. Shearer then petitioned the court for a guardianship of him status: unmarried. This entitled SW to receive all assets, income and savings. I was arrested several times trying to see my legal husband of over 25 years. The first year my teeth broke off at the gums without enough food. My husband died of liver failure caused by drugs that kept him from running away. My husband died almost two years ago, and my farm deed is still voided.
