You are approached by D-Corp Limited of 60 Cannon Street London with glossy advertising and the promise of big rewards up to 12% if you use their stock market CD programme. You pay £4950 up front for the CD plus another £690.00 to an outfit called Netway Solutions to operate it and when (If) you make £30,000 you pay them another £5000. OK if you make money.I ran this programme on three different computers for a month. All the information was different.Using a dummy trading account I made over £60,000 of trades and after one month had a loss of £150.00. So basically using their system for one month you invest sixty grand and end up with a loss of £150.00. Don't touch it with a barge pole it is a scam.Go to your credit card company and do a charge-back under the consumer credit act 1974 section 75 as they make fraudulent claims based of a tissue of lies in order to relieve you of the initial £4950.00,which is all they are after in the first place. You have 120 days to make a claim from the initial purchase date.No fool like an old fool.
