International boundaries
On 9/2/13 paid above money for one year unlimited PC support. Now have some logo popping up on screen (looks Chinese or Japanese),and have had scary things happen to my computer (example: desktop icons flashing with no way to use arrow icon to turn off). As far as I can tell, they have never performed any service since the initial (and now questionable) service date of 9/2/13. Their phone number answering service is in a foreign language, no one answers, there is no known address.
