I applied for a payday loan with a payday loan company then it came up enter your details to get the cash in your account entered the details then it came up after I done that to say we will take your broakarge fee in the next 30 days.i have since rang to make complaints to get my money back they advised cancellation must be put in writing and gave me the address I sent the letter then they refused the letter and returned to sender so I got it back.i then called very irrate and demanded my money they then said we will refund you 30 pound as there is a charge for setting account up and we don't give full refunds
