I regret that I was so easily persuaded by the introduction video. I think there is some good information but once I had purchased the initial $47 package there were many more offers and I accidentally purchased a second $67 package and when asked for a refund was told to give it 60 days and if I was still unhappy I could have a refund. I wrote back and said no thank-you, that I would like the refund for the purchase I had not meant to purchase and I received an email that said my refund was closed. I don't know what that means and there is no refund yet. I wrote again and said I wanted a full refund for both packages because I was unhappy with the lack of response to my first request. We will see what happens. If I do not receive a full refund I'm not sure what I will do next, but I feel scammed for sure!
