Ordered free sample. Said I just had to pay for shipping and processing fees of $2.95. They were packed on December 16, 2013. I received the trials on Dec 278th. I gave to my daughter. The risk free trials was applied to her skin and within 3 days, she was completely in red blotches from forehead to neck. I called and they were closed after 5pm and on Weekends. That is my only time off. Yes, they did have a number to push to cancel. I wanted to tel them what happened.. I reached a person, a rude person on the 6th of January which was exactly 10 days aver receiving. Not knowing I has a dead line. He would not help me. I called back and the next person was even ruder. No money back yet. Total $100.83. The phone number I called was 866-216-9336
