Here's a review I left on resellerratings.com. Pretty much explains everything.

"I usually read reviews before buying but somehow this one got away from me. I'm having the same problem most other people are having. Ordered a cell phone and it was supposed to be shipped out within 24 hours. It took 3 days (if it's shipped at all). I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days worldwide). I was given the standard shipping with a delivery time of 10 - 25 business days. I needed the phone within a week and if they could not deliver in the time frame they offered and that I paid for I should have been told that before the order was processed. As I said, I paid to receive a phone within 3-5 days after it was shipped and anything else is UNACCEPTABLE. Either refund me the whole amount I paid or ship the phone out with the shipping I paid (expedited 3-5 days). This is the year 2014, I can ship something on the other side of the planet and it can get there within a day.

They say their items are shipped from China yet the tracking number they gave me was for the Swedish Post. The swedish post website says the tracking number doesnt exist. Numerous emails have not been returned by the company. I paid through paypal and have opened a dispute, will escalate it to a claim.

Do not buy from here!! Everbuying, more like Neverbuying

**UPDATE** Apparently it looks like the cell was shipped. What was initially up to 25 days for delivery (different than the 3-5 days delivery that I paid for and didn't get), the recent news is that it could take up to 35 days for delivery!!

After I wrote this review they contacted me and offered to refund the extra shipping charges I paid, that was 11 days ago..and I'm still waiting. In the meantime - like other bad reviewers mentioned, they tried to get me to close my paypal case. "We'll refund you, just close your dispute with paypal"...

Where's my refund?"

    We very much regret that the issue has occurred and want to offer our sincerely apologize. For some items on our website, we only can ship it by flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. So sometimes it may need more than a month to arrive. We would refund you the shipping difference. We sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience.
