I JUST RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM NCS LAW GROUP([email protected]) AT 7:05AM THIS MORNING. IT SAYS DEAR DEBTOR, THE CASE WILL BE DOWNLOADED TOMORROW AND YOU WILL BE SOON SERVED WITH COURT PAPERS. IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THESE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES WE MERELY REQUIRE YOU TO GET BACK TO US WITH THE PAYMENT. BEST REGARDS MATT WILLIAMS NCS LAW GROUP. I REPLY AND TOLD MATT WILLIAMS NCS LAW GROUP TO EMAIL ME HIS PHONE NUMBER I WANTED TO TALK WITH HIM REGARDING THIS PAYDAY LOAN AND I ALSO TOLD HIM I WAS CONTACTING THE FBI AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TELLING THEM THAT HE IS HARRASSING ME ON MY JOB.

I received something very similiar from the same group. I responded with what it is concerning, to which I was told I had a loan out and that I owed money. I asked for said documentation that was had and the conversation stopped. Below is a copy of the email I received:
Dear Richard,
We are talking about the loan amount of $300 that you took with the company Advance Cash America which has now gone upto $847.00, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.
The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account which is a checking account.
