I purchased a camera from eglobal back in January. The camera was delivered within a week and came as described on their website. On the 3-3-2014 I received a bill for £82.02 from DHL, the company that delivered the camera from Hong Kong. The bill was for VAT and duty. I emailed eglobal electronics for an explanation. They emailed me back to say more or less that it was my problem. The problem is, it was never mentioned on their website about this duty and vat that the buyer is responsible. So beware!!! the prices appear very good, I paid £374 for the camera but this £82.00 totals to £456! Beware!!!
