In short, on October 17th, 2013, I ordered some furniture on-line. I had a new house and no furniture and needed table & chairs for Thanksgiving dinner. Problem getting an invoice and delivery date. Was told furniture would be delivered before Thanksgiving and then a few days before, there was a delivery issue on their part. They could not find anyone to deliver to my rural area. On or about December 1, a "moving" company called and left a message on my answering machine stating they wanted to deliver. Because I needed furniture "last week" I cancelled order and they charged me a "restocking fee" and I never received the furniture. I only cancelled it because they were going to be too late.
