I filled out a survey to get a free iPod shuffle. When they asked me for personal information I decided against the purchase so I e-mailed the company and was advised that if I didn't provide the personal information within 14 days the transaction would automaticly be cancelled. I opened my Credit Card statement today to not only find I've been charged the 3.25 with the exchange rate but they charged me an additional 66.02 with the exchange rate of 1.886824, and I don't even know what it's for!!!
