i got the trial from the radio, was charged the shipping and handling as told, then the product was crap with no result of any kind on any level. so i called to cancel and the guy for real tried to argue the facts.... after he realized that i was more intelligent than him and the hell i would rain down if he charged me for anything... he said the account would be closed with no additional charge, i'll be looking to make sure thats true but getting a new card just in case. but as for contact info:::
