I received a winner Selection list notice from
PCH Inside this package was a game scratcher and I won $500.00 and the chance to double the cash prize I won as well. Publishers Clearing House owes me $1000.00 of which I signed and returned to PCH with and order I desided to purchase. This scratcher I returned stated that any purchases would come out of my winnings of the $1000.00
I just yesterday 3-3-14 a bill from PCH for my purchases and this statement did not tell me about the money that I Won.
