Booked two tickets. No Credit Card facilities, they asked for another form of payment, wrote them several times about organising the payment & holding the tickets, they responded very quickly; sent bank transfer 18.2.14, have my banks confirmation, with the two flight ref numbers "reason of payment". No tickets were sent, no mails answered, no telephone messages answered, no live people answer their phones. They disappeared with the money.
I had work, reservations and meetings set up in Europe that have fallen through creating expense and damage to my credibility!I am willing to accept the money back into my bank account if it is done now without pressing charges for damages and pretium doloris. If it becomes a lengthy process I shall sue and look to cover all my expenses and damages due to their fraudulent behaviour.
