I ordered one trial of bellaplex with no intention to repeat order. I did not give permission for the company to do automatic repeat credit card deductions. I received a follow up phone call from a hard to understand call centre in India before I recieved my first order. I told him firmly when he got pushy about "upgrading my deal" that I was not interested and eventually had to hang up on him. when I recieved the product it was ok though nothing like the speel on the websites and any subsequent complaint site. also the pump packs do not work and you have to get the product out of the bottle with a q tip. I am now going to have to cancel my credit card. I have been billed a futher $80 last month for a follow up auto order which i did not authorise and I have not received any product thus far. I have sent emails and have been ignored. Please note that this product does not live up to its claims and they do auto deductions without your consent.
