i am been billed for a product i didn't order and don't use even though i spoke to someone a few months ago. wasa told they wanted you to try some produt or supplement but needed certain info to make sure that the party they were speaking with was indeed the person to whom the product would come.You would have a few days to cancel i think it was at least 4 days. i called witin 2 days was told ok no problem but every month i am receiving a bottle of this supplement in the mail finally tracking down the phone number i was able to call . spoke to someone and informed that i will be cancelled out and was giving a ref # for the future. i was told i can back the product for a partial refund. but of course i don't have all of the bottles that was sent
