I'm glad that I Googled this before I followed through. Like most of the complaints here, the issue with this scam starts as an ad for a work at home opportunity on Craigslist. After responding to the ad, you are replied to immediately with a generic cut&paste response. But it seems like they've upped their game to make it seem more legit. Now they ask a series of (no brainer) questions to "prioritize" the people they "interview". ("How would you rate your verbal communications, when is your availability, etc.") Instead of the name "Melissa Sarna", they are now using the name "Melanie Ryndel".

Also, while this company is a legit company, the reason I am looking for a job is because I HAVE NO MONEY. I don't think it's right to be forced to buy/invest in something to be even considered for employment in the first place.
