It may be to soon but from other complaints I have read I see similar circumstances. I have not received a phone number to use, no response to inquiries within 4 hours like stated...No emails since the initial startup. If this is a ripoff then live and learn for me but the jails charging long distance prices for locals calls is also a ripoff!!!
