Ordered bunk beds from Olejo and was given a delivery date in October. On day of supposed delivery, I was informed that the beds we lost is transit by the delivery company. How do you lose hugh boxes of beds, we're not talking a box of sweaters. Olejo's customer service was not responsive, so I cancelled and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Olejo repeatedly lied to my credit card company and said they delivered. After two months of Olejo's lies and deceptions, my credit card reversed the charges because I had e-mail evidence canceling the order, which predated the information they sent to my credit card company stating they delivered. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I NEVER EVER WILL CONTACT THEM!!!!!
