Being a Candy Crush game player, I've set an order of a purchase request of 30 Gold units and transferred 3.00 US$ thru the internet from my bank account on 01/27/2014, the bank transfer succeeded & the cash was deducted from my account in Qatar National Bank in Cairo Egypt. Candy Crush withdrawal process code was NCBZQ5SYL2. However, Candy Crush didn't send the Gold Units as agreed until now.
I'm waiting for sending the Gold Units or crediting my account back with the deducted value and cancelling the order.
