I was contacted by steve to let me know I was approved for payday loan for $7,000.He said that I had to purchase a green dot money pack for $345.00 and once I gave him the numbers it would be 5 minutes and the funds would be in my account. It took 1 hour before I heard from someone and this time it was the chief executive Ben Anderson. Ben said I needed to send an additional $210.00 to cover my end to pay for insurance on the loan because of my credit. I get the money pack and once again I talk to steve and he said he would take the information and process and told ne again it will take 5 minutes. once again I was on hold for a long time and then they hung up. I called the number and steve picked up and said he was sorry that we were cut off and put me on hold again. Once again they hung up. I called repeated times and when steve picked up and he heard me say this is Matt Revis he promptiy hung up. I felt like a fool and then I figured out why they put you on hold for eo long.Upon reviewing the money pack it takes 1 hour for the founds to be ready delivery. Each time I purchased a money pack, it was one hour that I sat on hold.All I want is my money back.
