When you wink some one and they have an auto response this will look like you have a true message from this person of course zoosk doesn't let you read them. Well I subscribed and it looks like you are paying 19.99 but there's a activation fee 2 bucks before you know you paid 45 bucks. Anyway you go back to your account excited to read the messages ....well then you realize zoosk just tricked you. I just cancel my account and lost 45 bucks.
My complaint is auto response is not a message from someone its just a response to your action Zoosks mislead me made think that winked person actually typed up a message for me. this is not honest.
This is not any different than; when you write an email to somebody and their email account replys back and says that this person is on vacation not at the office" you would not tell you have received an email from that person. Zoosk should be honest and indicate that we did receive an auto response not a message. but they know if we see we have messages and can only see a couple words of the message this would make us to become a member which would cost us money.
I would like to get my money back as i canceled my account right away the same day.
