We received a fax from them in June 202. At the same time we were working with Yellowbook to have a business ad put in. So when we received that fax, we mistakenly thought it was Yellowbook. As soon as we realized our error, we called Yellow Pages America to cancel, they told us they would put in the request but that we also needed to mail a letter cancelling. We mailed a letter and faxed it that day. Yellow Pages then sent us a letter denying the cancellation because they state there was a time limit, none of which I can find on the solicitation fax as they state. We also were contacted by the US Postal Inspector regarding this company. Have submitted the info to them. However, yellow Pages keeps on billing us even tough we cancelled and now has it coming from Direct Factoring in Ireland but want payments sent to Bulgaria.
