ON DEC. 2ND 2013 I WAS ON ZBIDDY.COM AND IN ORDER TO BID YOU NEED TO SIGN UP GIVE INFO THEN A CREDIT CARD ,LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY WERE GONNA CHARGE ME 99.00 . I WAS NOT OK WITH THAT AND WANTED TO CANCEL AND COULD NOT , I CALLED CITIBANK ON THE 4TH OF DEC. TO START A DISPUTE AND HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THEN , I HAVE CONTACTED ZBIDDY SEVERAL TIMES . THE FIRST TIME I FINELLY GOT THRU WAS FEB 11TH , 2014 OPER #169 SHE WAS GOING TO CREDIT MY ACCT $50.00 AND SEND ME A $100 GAS CARD , BUT SINCE I ALREADY HAVE A DISPUTE WITH CITIBANK VISA ITS TOO LATE ,CITIBANK VISA WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCT. DUE TO SOME TYPE OF CANCELLING POLICY FROM ZBIDDY ,THE WHOLE POINT IS I AM OUT $99.00 ALOT OF FUSTRATION AND I HAVE ALOT OF CONVERSATIONS WITH CITIBANK AND ZBIDDY AND ALL I KEEP GETTING IT THE RUNAROUND I WANT THIS COMPANY REPORTED AS THEY HAVE MANY COMPLIENTS AND MAYBE THE CALIF. ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD GET INVOLVED AND SEE ALL THERE COMPLIENTS AGAINST THEM.
