I didn't realize it was not the usps actual site for change of address I emailed them twice and no response for my refund I cannot find any way to contact them other than the email that is supposedly sent to a rep that should contact soon. Is there any way to receive my refund or is my money gone?has anyone received their refund from this company? I'm furious at myself for this also but they use trade symbols and all that is in their link I don't understand how they can even do that
