Received their product by mistake after a free promo offer. Went into auto billing of 105.22 per month. Caught it in time and returned product, confirmed by their reps, on 8/23/13. I have had 8 phone calls with them since. Everyone one has given false promises from I'll have a supervisor call you right back, 2 different times, never happens; to promising payment is being processed and it will be to me anywhere from 48 hours, 3 to 5 days and the check will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks (twice). Never happens. Last 4 to 6 week promise was on 10/17/13. Never happens. They all tell lies every time you call.
