They advertise money back guaranteed !!!!! I ordered there special pay up front no shipping, so I did that. They talked me into purchasing there freshstart, with money back guaranteed. I did not lose any weight on there product!!!! It cost me a total of 99.99. I called today to return, to learn that they where only going to credit me 59.99!!!! This company is a joke and there product does not work.
