We booked a Travelodge room for November 2013 - on booking the room, entering payment and card details, a pop up appeared on the screen offering '£20 cash back voucher' for our next Travelodge booking.. as well as getting 10% on lots of other purchases!!! Plus £15 cash back incentive… blah blah blah… At no time did we agree or authorise any money for this to be taken from the account that we had just used to book the Travelodge……. but 'Complete Savings' did.
BEWARE - they continued to take £10 a month (total £40)…
Very disappointed that Travelodge have allowed this deceptive and confusing 'pop up' to be on their site.
