ON AUGUST 10 AND SEPTEMBER 7 I ORDERED JEWELRY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH PROMISE OF SHIPMENT WITHIN 15 TO 20 DAYS.
THREE MONTHS HAS ELAPSED ON 1 ITEM AND 2 MONTHS ON THE OTHER ITEM. WHEN I HAVE CONTACTED THEM WHICH HAS BEEN MANY TIMES, I GET NO SENSIBLE ANSWERS AND MY E-MAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY DO NOT PLAN TO SHIP THESE ITEMS. THEY BROADCASTED ON DIRECT TV CH 224 AT ONE TIME BUT ARE NO LONGER ON ANY LOCAL STATIONS IN THIS AREA. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK. MY HEALTH IS NOT GREAT AND MY HUSBANS HAS ALZHEIMERS.
