They blocked our cards, collected our full identity, and drained our accounts. They refuse to tell us where our money is. 6 different people

We are 6 different people who have came together to file this complaint against Account now. This company has accepted a deposit in our name. After a few days of receiving the deposit our cards were blocked for use. The received every piece of identity we had socials, ids, utility bills, etc. after they got the documents they closed our accounts and told us they would be sending our money via paper check back to irs but it would take 6 weeks for them to get it. Mind you the IRS is Not who deposited the money into the Account now account. We called the bank that did deposit the funds to Account Now and also the irs. We were instructed to file fraud against Account Now. Come to find out they have done this to people all over the country. As of today all 6 of us still have no idea where our money is and adding it up this bank has collected and held hostage over $20,000 and will not release the whereabouts of the funds. Neither the irs or the depositing bank have received the funds back. They also charged fees to our accounts however those fees were not replaced and they will not provide statements or list of transactions for any of our accounts. We have each made a complaint to the irs. We will each make a separate complaint on here and other sites. Do not use this card. The customer service is horrible and many don't communicate English very well. They will rob you blind, collect your identity, and then tell you nothing. You will be left on hold for times up to 5hours. We have started a class action lawsuit and if you would like to join email info to [email protected].
