First off the CHAT function doesn't work and all they say is that they are working on a new CHAT program...it's been over a month now and I payed for it with my subscription. 2nd...the women on their site message you and do not take dating seriously...they don't have the time and they have all kinds of "drama" going on when they say they are Drama free! Plenty of fish does not explain the refund policy..they just say the period has expired...I got my money back from other dating sites by talking to them on the phone..which is impossible with POF..no one is there to take your call and you have to leave a detailed message and they don't respond...only by e-mail and that doesn't resolve anything. They know they have your money and there is no way to get it back except for this website (I hope!)I e-mail them and demand my money back, I call and leave a message and all they do is e-mail you back saying they received your complaint and no course of action.
