Same thing has happened to me. Signed up for the 14 day trial, did not get the bottle until yesterday (exactly two weeks after ordering it) and they had already charged me twice for $89 BEFORE I had even received the bottle. Total bogus, this company is a scam! I refuse to pay these fees when I did not even get the product before getting charged for the whole bottle.
