I answered the pop-up and should have been suspicious when it said you have to call to download. I called and got qn Indian representative who I gave permission to take over the computer to check for registry errors. after about one half hour I was getting very suspicious that he found 86 errors but my computer is only 2 months old. He also said the viruses took over and shut down McAfee. After 45 minutes he got to the point that I should buy a $250 program. I got angry and told him to get out of my computer and he got out fast.

I hung up and called McAfee and they signed me up, did a scan since I told them of the report from the scammers and the results showed NO viruses.

So this company id a TOTAL SCAM. I senr them an email and told them are a scam and I wanted a complete refund which they notified they would send so we shall see if itcomes.

The bottom line is that this is a total scam. REMEMBER - As a general rule - IF A WEB SITE SAYS YOU MUST CALL TO DOWNLOAD. - DON,T!!!!!!
