In answer to the FREE trial of Glimpskin and RVTL Cream, I paid £2.99 to cover postage and
duly received the FREE samples. However, when the amount of £2.99 was taken from my account,using details of my Debit Card, an amount of £4.95 was also taken. Today, on
visiting my bank I find that on Feb 12th Skin Clear and Glimpskin had taken, without authorisation, £89.00 and £95 respectively,
in total £188.95. My Bank Manager immediately cancelled my card and reported the details to the Fraud Squad department of Santander, and on speaking to them I was informed that this was a definite scam - and would be looked into. I was given two reference numbers, Skin clear Ref.7871633, and Glimpskin 7871643. I have not received, and do not want to receive, any further products, just my money returned. Please look into my complaint. Betty Shaw
