oRDERED A NICE 2-PC. ALL PURPOSE INDUSTRUCTABLE CUTTING BOARD WITH A 2-1/2 CUP CAPACITY DRIP PAN. The $10.80 was charged to my card and the unit was received and put into use immediately. On Feb. 11, a second charge of $10.80 was on my statement. I immediately called the 888-528-8486 and spoke to a very courteous but useless C/S agent. She was programmed very well FOR this call. No it was not a duplicate charge; it was the second installment and the third $10.80 would appear on my March statement! When pressed for an explaination it was stated that the fine print made it perfectly clear that state taxes and processing charges AND BLAH, BLAH were in addition to the cost of the cutting board, which totaled $32.00 and shome change! NOT AT ALL CLEAR IN THE TV ADS NOR THE WEBSITE. The C/S agent offered to send a return label so I could send it back but I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THOSE SHIPPING FEES! When I objected to that as well, she told me she could process a $5.71 credit to offset some of the THIRD charges being processed for March! THIS IS ONE UNSCRUPULOUS MERCHANT THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN FOR HIDDEN and UNREADABLE CHARGES BURYED IN THE SMALLEST FINE PRINT AVAILABLE!!
