Single handedly the worst service i have ever had with a technical support company. The technician was unhelpful, even going so far as to call another tech line (XBox) for support on the issue with my Windows Live account.

While being on hold for 45 min for an ACCOUNT Issue, the technician tried to access information about the build of my computer via DXDiag, information that was not needed for the troubleshoot, but also decided to browse my Steam Profile for information about my email address, accessing my Steam Profile and account information before i stopped it by closing the window he was accessing.

They then tried to charge me for this "Service" and I ended up going through 2 supervisors who tried to defend the actions of their technician, saying that he needed to find the email address, something they could have asked me for.

After getting into a yelling match with me twice, i was finally given back to a lower tier tech, who tried to charge me again (On top of the other one, because it counted as a separate session), and after trying to put me on hold again, said that I was being transfered to a "Special XBox account line", where i was put on hold until my phone died from battery loss (About a half hour at that point.

After 2 hours of yelling, arguing, and having my privacy invaded, I am still nowhere near having my issue resolved, and a pending charge on my account.

Stay away from this company if you value your time and wallet.
