DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM

I timed several auctions on the PENNY BID AUCTION site, BidGunner dot com. There were only 2 prominent bidders; BuckEyeHobo and Princess. These bidders started at time zero and continued to bid against each other at an average of PRECISELY 8 seconds. Although there were times that the "Time Left" would get down to 3 or 2 seconds to determine if there were any real people online: at which point a "Single Bid" would be place on occasion. The majority of the time, it was just the 2 robo-bidders that use the "Bid Butler" system which randomly would place a bid when the clock dipped below 10 seconds. The "Random" time averaged precisely 8 seconds as mentioned above: with this information I could forecast that for every hour, the bid price would increase by $4.50 (3,600 seconds/hr divided by 8 secs rigged so you can only bid 1 penny at a time.

The rules say that if you lose an auction, that you can apply the cost of your bids to the purchase of the same item. The catch here is that they only allow a maximum of $0.50 credit per bid; this builds in a 30% margin on the "Credit" applied to the actual purchase of the item.
