I ordered the special offer raspberry keratone and coffee bean cleanse. The special offer was for the price of 4.99 each with free shipping. I received the items but have now been charged 94.97 from my account. Not only do I have no idea what this charge is for but I certainly WOULD NOT have ordered any kind of diet pills for this price. I am very upset and as I am unable to work I can NOT afford to lose that kind of money. I would like a refund and also an explanation of why you are doing this to me and other people. It does not state on your site that you will take anything like this amount of money from my account. I would like a response and an apology as well as a full refund for the amount of £94.97.
