I had been doing business with them for about 8 months off and on. I took out another loan after paying my first one off with no problem. After taking this one out i was called and informed that they could no longer do automatic withdrawals out of my account and that they had to call me and take a card over the phone. I thought was inconvenient but said ok and gave then my debit card number for the same account they had taken out of on many occasions. I never received any other calls for payment so I took it that they were taking the payments. I later got calls from my bank stating there were charges on my card that they thought were fraudulent so they froze my card. A day after my card was frozen i
got an email from white hills saying my account was going into
collections the next day and that they have tried to call me
numerous times and was unable to. Mind you they sent me emails
after each payment was taken as well as called me two get my card
number when their form of payment had changed. Now all of
sudden they want to send me to collections. I called them today
about me being put into collections and was told that my account
was in good standing and there was no collections threat. I told her
about my card and she just said we have been havings problems
with our system. The card I gave them I use for nothing else. Even
to the point I leave it at home so noone else could get into it. Now
my account has been charged ridiculous charges to the point that
there is a fraud investigation. I just called them and arranged to
send them all their money and close my account with them. Please don't give these people your card numbers. My account was paid up and they still threatened me with collections and now my account is comprised. They don't give special pricing so I say go with someone else. Their system is faulty and your info is not protected.
