I signed up for a contract at $249. I was desparate to get my computer fixed. Since then it has gotten worse. They took my antivirus program off and put theirs on. Now they tell me I need to purchase one of theirs. Now they are calling me on a weekly basis telling me that I need to purchase the antivirus program and I think they are deliberately subotaging my computer.
