International boundaries
They talked me into a 2 year contract before they would fix my computer. They would call me to say a virus had gotten into my computer and tried to sell me a antivirus program. They had deleted the antivirus program I had purchased and was on the computer. Now they are calling me weekly telling me that I have a virus and they would fix it but wanted me again to buy an antivirus program. Like others in the beginning I was desparate to get my computer fixed but I am looking at them as a scam. They even took my Microsoft Word program and made it so I can't use it.
