BEWARE! Close Out Digital are con artists! Don't be lured in by their low prices. These guys are very persuasive in leading you to believe they have a good reputation by lying about A rating on BBB which is not true - they have an F.

The sales guy (Ben) offers discounts and free stuff t(ie tripod, cleaning kit, etc) to make you feel good. He offers the buy one get one free accessories that are marked up significantly (ex. $75 for a SD card that costs $25). He may use bait n switch techniques, lead you to believe the items are in stock, offer faster shipping.

Your email confirmation is not an itemized list and you are billed by C&E fulfillment. Shipping confirmation & tracking #'s never come. Call C&E (Michael and David) don't give you any pertinent information and forward you to Customer Service who just happens to be Ben.

I was sold a Zeickos flash for $250 that you can purchase at Walmart for $49. I tried to cancel my order, they told me it shipped already. Next day, Ben said he reshipped order with Nikon flash I wanted. How can you reship if you've already been told it shipped and there is no tracking#?

If you do get scammed call your credit card dispute dept. for help and any consumer protection agency you can find to inform the authorities and public about these guys to shut them down.
