I received a letter asking me for a payment of 162.65 for a debt from Washington Mutual. It says there client Cascade Receivables Management has placed matter with them for collection.I contacted my bank and was told the account number was not even correct. I never owed the Bank money. About a year half ago I was presented with a bill saying I owed the Bank money. This could have been the same firm,I didn't pay them. I hope this helps. thank you
