On january 24. I ordered two pair of women's shoes and they informed me by email that they will sent the parcel with in two days.
On jan 30. they informed me that they are a little late with the updating the tracking number and that they will do it as soon as possible.
On february 3. they are sending me the wrong tracking number.
On feb 7. they told me that they didn't sent me my package jet because all the express companies are to busy and that I will have to wait 15-20 working days more. I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back.
On feb 8. they apologized and offered 90% refund and other gifts.. I didn't accept!
On feb 10. they informed me that they sent me the package anyway. No tracking number,no date of delivery,no 90% refund,no nothing.
The last contact was today,feb 12.,I tried to get some informations from them. They are no longer answering my questions.
Their communication is week and slow on bad english.
