I installed the program, and now (following the website's instructions) I can't uninstall. I've tried the help instructions, I've called the 888 phone number and cannot talk to a person. I want this off my computer, and want the guaranteed refund that is promised. I initially signed up with E Commerce Consulting, but cancelled, and so I don't need the Desktop Lightning.
