On the 6/1/2014. I asked for a 50pounds loan from this company. I however did not receive any of that money. Then on my bank account I saw that they had taken 38.96 from my account. I was then left short for my daily needs . I phoned them which takes ages so the cost now becomes even more. They told me they would send a refund letter to sign. They did send the letter howevd I'm still awaiting my money.
