I ordered a pair of boots from this online shoe store on 8 November 2013. Opted to pay via PayPal as that was available. Money left my account 3 days later. I received order confirmation and registration emails but the boots never arrived. I've emailed them countless times but have never received a response. PayPal won't help as I raised a complaint outside of their 45-day limit. I'm based in UK so waited longer than usual before I started to suspect I'd been ripped off.
