I ordered a Coach purse from a website called Coach Outlet Online. They have hundreds of what they call "authentic" Coach purses, and accessories. They don't have any contact address or phone number, other than, a link to contact them. I received my "authentic" Coach purse, but it is not what I ordered. It does NOT have a serial number inside the purse. The purse looks, feels and smells FAKE. It is not leather as posted. I have contacted them numerous times about returning the item. Their ad is very detailed about returns.
